As active sponsors of the CX Collective – a forum for practitioners in the growing discipline in human centred design – Saturday acknowledges the integrity of brands and their promises depends ultimately on how people experience them. CX design involves carefully and empathetically curating a valued and consistent experience of a product or service.

Saturday was delighted to give this forum a face and identity of its own – a home and physical presence to provide cohesion for the many practitioners who want to connect, share and grow in the interests of professional development.
