Four years after the IPO, Oceania decided up the ante by loudly declaring its mission to transform the aged care living experience in NZ. The ‘Believe in better’ campaign reflected a purpose-driven growth strategy supported by an across-the-board culture of putting all residents at the heart of every decision.
