Suzi Nevell and Emma Brake, both renowned in their respective fields of physiotherapy, strength conditioning and nutrition, joined forces to create a unique offering in the fitness, health and wellness industry. Naturally, they needed a unique brand name and identity.

Sweet7 is the new name for the new practice. It’s derived from how they mentor clients to achieve their health goals by working the seven core natural and scientific fundamentals of wellbeing and physical health. Each is designed to work in delicate balance with the others.

Our design projects a balance between ‘scientific reason’ and an integrated ‘complete consciousness view’ of health and wellness, one that includes how the mind and body influence each other.
