The fashion industry is particularly under scrutiny when it comes to sustainability. It is increasingly a key consideration for customers in their choice of where to shop. With this in mind, Hallenstein Glassons wanted a sustainability report that felt open, honest and enlightening, and we were pleased to work with them again.
Whilst retaining the spirit of ‘Made with Care’, it was time to give this digital report a refresh, both to express the progress the company is making and to keep it feeling relevant to its audience. Revised colour and typography bring the report into a more contemporary space, whilst hand-drawn textures expand the sustainability identity, support the wayfinding and reinforce the ‘Made with Care’ concept.
But this was more than a cosmetic makeover. We also enhanced the user experience, simplifying the navigation and helping the reader to clearly see how all stories link to the sustainability framework. We considered the different levels at which our audiences consume information, with a balance of bite-sized pieces and longer reads.
The result is an evolution in this report’s journey, a document with an optimistic feel which reflects the positive steps that Hallenstein Glasson is taking.
